ITEA’s Engineering byDesign™ – What is it? The Primary Source for STEM
Presenter: Barry N. Burke, DTE, Director, Center to Advance the Teaching of Technology & Science
In two years, the EbD™ Program has model sites nationwide and continues to develop courses that emphasize FAA (Flexibility, Affordability & Accountability). This session provides an overview of the EbDLabs™ (MS & HS), the entire program, and how teachers can make it happen in their classroom.

ITEA and NASA – Partners in Space
Presenter: Shelli Meade, Projects Director, Center to Advance the Teaching of Technology & Science
An overview of the partnerships with NASA to include a number of STEM-related Units and Lessons developed as part of the ITEA-NASA Human Exploration Project. An overview of the EbD™ NASA Strand of sessions as well as how to get involved with implementation will be provided.
